| On October 5, 2011, PILI hosted an International Wine and Cheese Tasting for our Alumni at Bin 36, 339 North Dearborn Street from 5:30-7:30 pm. This event was a chance to reconnect with your fellow PILI Alumni and help us celebrate PILI's Internship and Fellowship Programs with wine, cheese and great company! Proceeds from the event support a PILI Alumni Named Internship for the summer of 2012. | ||||

2010 Alumni Reunion Reception PILI held its first annual PILI Alumni Reunion Reception on September 30, 2010 at theWit Hotel. The newest component of the PILI Alumni Program, the Alumni Reunion Reception brought together current and former PILI Interns and Fellows for an exciting social event. It is anticipated that this will be an annual event.

Alumni Named Internship Fundraising Campaign This year, PILI seeks to create at least one additional summer Internship experience funded entirely with the support of alumni of its Internship and Fellowship Programs. Our initial fundraising goal is $5,500 for the PILI Alumni Internship Fund, which will at once provide a law student with an unparalleled service and educational opportunity, and the residents of Illinois with an additional 400 hours of legal service. Alumni who attended the Reunion Reception made contributions totaling $1,000 toward our goal of $5,500 for a new summer 2011 Internship.
