The Pro Bono Prospectus is intended to aid corporate law department attorneys who are trying to encourage their corporation to develop a formal pro bono program and to encourage fellow attorneys to participate in the organization's pro bono activities.

PILI created the Pro Bono Prospectus with the help of Jim Morsch of Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP, Mary Ann O'Connor of JPMorgan Chase, Meg Scholand-Watson of United Air Lines, Inc, and Julie Tappendorf of Ancel, Glink, Diamond, Bush, DiCianni & Krafthefer, P.C.
